New Things

So baking a scrumptious cake did not happen. But I did make multiple batches of pumpkin almond flour muffins.  I wanted fresh baked goodies sitting on one of my cake stands when Scofield arrived home. Because my parents have the luxury of a dishwasher, I decided to bake the muffins in their kitchen. Then, they were just too inviting and delicious not to have one or two for dessert Saturday, and then again for breakfast Sunday. And of course I couldn't not share....So double batch it was. Fall is almost here!!
