An Apple a Day...

Fall break was a great way for us to catch up on some adventures that we had been waiting to take. So Saturday, we took a trip up to the mountains of North Carolina and spent the day apple picking. A vacation well spent...

The apple orchard was super crowded. Kids were running around everywhere, the line for checkout was endless, and so many apples had been picked that we had to travel down to the very last rows of the orchard. But we didn't mind--it was such a beautiful day. Sunshine on our skin makes us happy.
We played in trees... (can you spy Scofield?)
Found him!
We juggled apples... (husband is so talented)
And by the end of the day we had a basket full of fresh fruit.
Then, we waited in this line for 45 minutes just to get these:
apple cider doughnuts...
And they were SO worth it!

We hope everyone is enjoying this fall season!
xoxo,
Lauren
